In his head, this baby elephant is the fiercest, most aggressive, and inᴛι̇ɱidating creature on the planet, capable of taking on any predator that stands in his way.
A notion that could well have been the case for the youngster, before the safari truck he decided to square off against refused to move and the little calf was left toddling back to his mother for safety.
The heart-warming footage was captured by a group of tourists to the Kruger National Park in South Africa and shows the moment the elephant calf decides to show his mettle.
Running out from the long grass, the little elephant attempted to take on the parked safari vehicle head first
Running out from the long grass and taking the parked safari vehicle head-on the little creature, who has clearly been watching his older brothers a little too closely, goes in for the kill.
He then stops in his tracks, when he sees that the truck hasn’t yet moved backward, and after pausing for a split second turns on his heels and runs away.
The elephant disguises himself in the long grass for a little while before turning around to face the tourists, keeping himself very still so as to not draw too much attention in the meanᴛι̇ɱe.
After getting his breath back and psyching himself up, he goes in for round two and runs towards the car once more, moving beyond the spot he stopped at previously.

After getting his breath back and psyching himself up, the calf returned for round two and ran towards the car
He moves quicker too and looks as if he is about to make contact with the truck before running in a circle without stopping and heading back into the bushes.
Coming over to check out the commotion, the calf’s mother suddenly appears in the frame and wanders towards the youngster still hiding in the grass.
Deciding to have one last attempt at chasing the vehicle away, the baby runs at it quickly again before turning around and trotting off for the last ᴛι̇ɱe.
He moved quicker but before making contact ran in a circle without stopping and headed back into the bushes
Humorously the elephant calf then goes and stands under its mum for safety and looks back at the amused tourists before heading off down the road away from the truck.
Since being posted to YouTube the cute clip has been viewed more than 70,000 ᴛι̇ɱes and a number of people have commented on the ferocity of the little elephant.
