Real Madrid cannot finalize the future of Modric and Kroos

 

While Real Madrid is preparing for the Champions League final, coach Ancelotti said that the team is in no hurry to renew Kroos and Modric.

Unlike Modric, his teammate in the midfield, Kroos, is still the main pillar at Real Madrid. Coach Ancelotti described his student as a perfect German player: “Toni always shows that he is a German. I feel like he’s very German in that sense, he doesn’t talk much but just wants to listen.When he needs to say something, he will say it clearly. Kroos always had little doᴜЬt, he was always clear. He is a sincere, honest player and definitely my favorite player.”

With Modric and Kroos both oᴜt of contract at the end of the season, the possibility of them leaving Real Madrid is not small. Coach Ancelotti does not want to mention that yet, because he needs to prepare for the Champions League final. He said: “I am always optimistic, we are thinking about the final, the rest is secondary. And nothing more, their future will be finalized after the final.”
