Within the crow family is the azure-winged magpie, sometimes known as the Cyanotic Cyan’s. Though it is somewhat more slender with comparatively smaller legs and a beak, it has an overall morphology with the Eurasian magpie (Pica pica). It is a member of the Cyanopica genus.
Distribution
The Azure-winged Magpie is found over most of eastern Asia, extending north into Mongolia and southern Siberia as well as much of China, Korea, and Japan.
With azure wings Magpie’s neck is white, and the top of its һeаd is glossy black. The wings and long tail feathers have an azure blue hue, while the underparts and back are a light grey-fawn.
The voice is a metallic, quickly-fігed kwink that is typically preceded by a single krarrah.

Typically, the Azure-winged Magpie builds one nest in each tree and nests in ɩooѕe, open colonies. Usually, 6%E2%80%938 eggs are incubated for a duration of 15 days.
Acorns (oak seeds) and pine nuts make up the majority of their diet, with soft fruits, berries, insects and their larvae, and human-provided garbage from parks and cities serving as major supplements.
