WHITE-TAILED ROBIN

Conservation Status: Least Concern

The White-tailed Robin or Myiomela leucura is a Flycatcher found in Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Myanmar, Nepal, Malaysia, Laos, India, Cambodia, Bhutan, Bangladesh at subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and subtropical or tropical moist montane forest.

I have seen this bird many times and yet it always difficult bird to expose because of its dark feathers and suddenly blue head and the the white tail part in which when over exposed to show details for the dark feathers, the lighter colours just go crazy washed out. Balance is quite difficult to achieve and one should give and take in order to do it right with the right background as natural as possible.
