Mbappe’s contract with PSG is down to days, meaning he will join a new team as a free transfer. Real Madrid is expected to be his new club. According to France’s Le Parisien, Mbappe has bought the villa of former Los Blancos star Gareth Bale in La Finca, Madrid.

Mbappe awaits joining Real Madrid
Previously, Carlo Ancelotti’s team nearly signed Mbappe in the summer of 2022, but he changed his decision at the last minute, opting to stay at PSG for lucrative offers.

The 25-year-old leaves Les Parisiens as a club legend, having won 15 titles since joining from AS Monaco for €180 million in 2018. Mbappe has made 308 appearances for PSG, scoring 256 goals and providing 108 assists.

Now, Mbappe hopes to replicate the performances of his idol Cristiano Ronaldo at Santiago Bernabeu. Playing alongside formidable names like Vinicius Jr, Rodrygo, and Jude Bellingham, Mbappe’s Los Blancos aim to dominate La Liga and Europe in the near future. Mbappe is just waiting until after the Euro to officially don the new team’s jersey.

Meanwhile, coach Carlo Ancelotti stated that he doesn’t pay attention to the rumors about Mbappe potentially joining Real Madrid, though he admitted that the French forward would be an ideal addition to the team. The Italian coach clarified that his current focus is solely on defeating the formidable German opponent in the final match of the European season.

Mbappe’s new team aims to continue breaking records.

Carlo Ancelotti shared his feelings ahead of the Champions League final against Borussia Dortmund on June 1: “My feelings are always the same for every match, including knockout stages, like a final. I am very happy to be the protagonist in the most important match of the season for European football.”

This is my ninth time, including my days as a player, being involved in a Champions League final. I think the joy remains the same regardless of the era. There are moments of worry and fear, but before those moments arrive, I want to enjoy it.

I recall times before or during finals where I would break into a cold sweat, which is normal. However, the important thing is my experience throughout the match. My current team gives me a lot of confidence. Real Madrid is in eager mode to win the Champions League.
