Barely two months old, a fragile little puppy was found abandoned on the street — his tiny body broken and struggling to survive. Both legs were fractured, and his spine was badly damaged, leaving him unable to move.
Yet, even in pain, he still sought love.

When I first met him, he wagged his tail with quiet bravery, as if pleading for a gentle hug to ease his suffering. The vet named him Clark, but was stunned at the extent of his injuries. On top of the broken bones, Clark was dangerously malnourished, severely anemic, and struggling to urinate — a condition that required painful catheterization to relieve him.

Clark’s road to recovery was daunting. Multiple surgeries lay ahead, along with treatments for his inability to have regular bowel movements. But his sweet nature and will to live kept us fighting alongside him.
Slowly, progress came. Clark gained a full kilogram and began showing sparks of energy again. The next milestone was the most critical — delicate spine surgery to give him a chance at mobility.

The operation was a success. Now, Clark’s future looks far brighter, and every wag of his tail reminds us why we never gave up.
