Real Madrid – Barca relieved about Bellingham’s injury, Dani Olmo

According to Marca (Spain), Jude Bellingham has resumed group training at Real Madrid’s Valdebebas facility. The English star is expected to fully rejoin the squad next week after the international break, making him available for Real Madrid’s match against Real Sociedad on September 15. This is good news for coach Carlo Ancelotti amidst a growing injury list.

Bellingham has been out since La Liga’s opening match due to a leg issue but is recovering faster than anticipated after a busy year for both club and country.

Barcelona’s positive update on Dani Olmo

Mundo Deportivo (Spain) reports that after further knee examinations, Dani Olmo’s injury is confirmed to be a bruise, not something more severe.

Earlier, Spain’s coach Luis De La Fuente revealed that Olmo had sustained a “fairly serious injury” during the goalless draw against Serbia in the first group stage match of the Nations League. He also admitted that Barcelona’s new midfielder would likely miss the next match against Switzerland, scheduled for early tomorrow (September 9).

Barcelona has also seen injuries to Fermin Lopez and Robert Lewandowski during the recent “FIFA Days.” Coach Hansi Flick faces challenges as Barcelona’s injury list includes Ronald Araujo, Ansu Fati, Gavi, Frenkie De Jong, and Marc Bernal.
